A: Yes. I can't say if it were knocked over and on its side, if it will leak through the zipper. Standing upright, yes - leak proof :)

I was so impressed this begged for a review. It is thicker material and does have shape to it so doesn't fold totally flat. It kept drinks cold for 24 hours with an igloo ice brick in the bottom. Here is what this bad boy was able to hold all in one trip. An igloo ice pack at the bottom, 4 bottles of water, 6 cans, a protein drink, 4 uncrustables sandwiches, and 3 sargento cheese cracker packs. There was still room at the top as well for a few more items. When I got back from my day trip, the drinks were all still cold 24 hours later. Totally worth the $20 bucks!
