A: Hello - Model XFT-769E has a 1.8 GPM (gallons per minute) flow rate. Outside of living in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York, Washington, or Vermont you can have a flow rate of up to 2.5 Gallons per Minute. This shower head installed in seconds and has great pressure on the higher settings. I was just disappointed to open the package and find out all parts are plastic (and for $40). I can see the part that holds the shower head snapping in time, we'll see. Also hopefully the plastic hose will relax over time. I would not purchase this again because of the plastic element.

Very good!!! The pressure is strong, when set to the specific setting I like and it was easy to set up after removing my old shower head. My pivot ball from an old shower head years ago is stuck and it attached it to just fine lol. Hopefully this shower head last just as long or long enough.

Plastic bracket broke. The shower head is too big to fit in the bracket. I called WP and spoke to Jerry. He was great. He sent me a new bracket but it was the same one and still doesn't fit. I'm trying to order another one on Amazon but they all say the WP shower head is too big for the bracket. I will have to chalk it up to a $50 loss and buy a new shower head.

The hose does not sit right with the showerhead. It’s very stiff and does not come out of the holder easily. It’s very stiff. Disappointing purchase.

Im not the hugest fan. For one the "filter" literally tanked the water pressure. I ended up having to take it out to get the shower head to work at all. Also, it holds the wand at the very bottom, which makes it really top-heavy but also super tall. It nearly touches my ceiling and I'm too short to even operate it. Going to return this.

I wanted the brushed nickel version of this to match my bathroom, but the lower end model, which I previously had in another home, in chrome is a better option. Only 3 of the 7 pulses work to any extent (the rest are barely noticible/useless). The shower head is large and heavy as compared to the rest of the hand-held wand which makes if awkward and unsteady on the clip. The tubing is ugly and awful; made to look like the metal kind but is the vinyl/plastic that curls up. Make it all one color Waterpik, if it's going to be the useless plastic!

So far it is still working, no leaks from the rubber hose. I give it 4 stars because the water pressure is low i feel i can't wash my hair thoroughly and takes longer to rinse out.

Ugghh, we had a great showerhead from Waterpik. This one not so much. Lots less features, cord feels cheap. Returning this one.

Very surprised by how easy this was to set up and how well it worked right after set up. I had read other reviews about it not letting water through but that wasn’t the case at all. Hardest part about setup was removing the tape that was underneath the old shower head. I don’t love that it’s plastic and it feels a little cheap, but I’m just in a rental so pretty much anything is better than what we had before.

The difficulty described indicates that an extra washer may be lodged in your j-pipe from the previous shower head. Please ensure that the washer from the old shower is not connected to the pipe. Use a thin utensil to check inside the pipe for washers, such as a pencil or screw driver. Do not use your fingers.
