70" Warrant Ceiling Fan with Light - Hunter Fan

The fan was easy to install, but required a separate remote AND a separate remote receiver at extra cost that work sporadically, at best. The fan only turns in one direction on high. NOT the Hunter quality I expected.

Great looking fan and it moves a lot of air as expected. Disappointed that it only has 2 speeds (High and Low) and does not come with a remote (Sold separately) For the price tag we expected more from Hunter

Not happy. Was advised from customer service prior to purchasing that the fan came with remote that was smart and WiFi capable with compatibility with Alexa, however, this is not the case. The fan IS NOT SMART and cannot be controlled via Bluetooth, Alexa or WiFi or other smart switches that I have found so far because the stupid thing is preinstalled for their remote. Also, as others have noted the wall remote requires batteries and has to be removed from the switch box to change them out. Overall, the fan does circulate good air and is aesthetically pleasing, but why Hunter got so cheap on their switch and why they have “not smart” fans in this day and time is beyond me! First and worst poor Hunter experience I’ve had, contemplating not returning again.

I made the mistake on purchasing this fan and assuming you will have different color options for the lighting. My entire home has white light except for this one fan. The lighting is very yellow and Hunter does not sell replacement LED lights in different shades. For a company being so big and the price of the fan I am very upset.

Beautiful product and works great! Would give it more stars but the remote that you mount in with the light switch will only allow for batteries! You can’t hard wire it to electricity that’s right there?! Annoying that we will have to take it apart every few months.

I bought the warrant fan, had it professionally installed and it does not function properly. Does change fan speed correctly and light control doesn’t dim properly. I’ve submitted requests to hunter for help and receive generic responses and no help. Total waste of money.

Great new addition to our home I love that the fan blades are so long and the blades are two sided so you could have a lighter wood or a dark style. One side is more of a Driftwood Style and the other side and it darker wood color. Thr fan is very elegant looking the light is nice we didn't have the light before also comes with a remote . Installation was okay but I no my way around ceiling fan installation and electric so it was easy installation but if you don't your way around it might be a little more time consuming for someone who's never installed something like this before. the directions are Simple to. Quiet and efficient with 6 speeds. I have two of them serving a great room and remote control each with a different remote. One problem, one of them does not respond with a beep signaling command changes and with delayed response that makes it difficult to know status. I have not been able to find a "fix" for this.

If I could return this, I would. The fan works great, just like any other fan on the market. Unfortunately, the light is nowhere near as bright as you would expect from the lumens rating, because the K rating is low. The light has a strong yellow tint to it, making the brightness very dull. One 60W equivalent daylight/5000K bulb gives off better lighting than the light on this does. For Hunter to not have any other light ring option to replace the original one is pretty ridiculous. If you want to be able to read a book without sitting directly underneath the light, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I would also recommend avoiding anything with an integrated LED light. Finding one that uses bulbs will allow you to avoid all of the issues with light color and intensity/brightness because you can choose exactly what you want when you buy the LED bulbs. Another thing that makes no sense: the remote replaces your wall light switch and gets wired in, but it also requires batteries to be installed in it, from the back (that is now sitting inside your wall cavity).

Looks awesome! That's the first thing that I worried about. The color is exactly like shown, and is aesthetically pleasing. Putting it up to my husband not too long to do, and seemed pretty straightforward if you know what you're doing. The controls are great, the remote is awesome. This fan is just so modern and gorgeous and I love it. My husband was able to install this just i. Time for the late fall California heat. He put it in our living room. The Hunter Warrant 70 inch ceiling fan with LED Light 70 inch is a made with the finest quality products. The 70 inch blades work great moving around the air on my vaulted ceilings.
