As mentioned by other reviewers, this piece is much darker and grayer than advertised. I expected (and appreciate) variation in pottery, but do wish the one that arrived had more blue. The craftsmanship is beautiful and arrived carefully wrapped for shipment.

I am giving this pitcher 3 stars for the design, because it is such a great design, but the color is way off. It is a very dark charcoal gray, with, to me, no hints of blue. the first picture is next to a very dark charcoal gray box. Looks mostly the same. The only time there is even the barest hint of a dark blue, is when I hold it up to something completely black.

The blue isn’t like the photo at all. Mine is less blue and more of a dark charcoal grey. I was hoping for something closer to the lovely blue color in the photos but the pitcher is very pretty, well made, nice and large, and I won’t be returning it.

Stunning clean design, works well to compliment any aesthetic. I am quite eclectic in my taste and find this to have a beautiful, quiet elegance that is so pleasing and yet boldly says “look at me”! Great job, Magnolia and Target. I hope this color stays awhile!
