OK Sofa. Is it Serta?

Needed a sofa that would fit through a narrow doorway. The sofa was packed well, everything in one box. Two people needed for assembly because of the weight. Instructions were clear. We had to purchase velcro strips to attach the bottom of the back cover because the cover didn't reach the velcro that is on the bottom of the frame - not an issue if used against a wall. Sofa is reasonably comfortable for occasional use. Purchased on sale; would not recommend at full price - no mention of Serta on item packaging or sofa itself.

This was a very big disappointment. Very low quality, both in appearance and sturdiness. One of the cushion covers was already ripped upon opening the box. The seat and back cushions were very misshaped. I will be returning this item.

This is such a piece of junk. It looks nothing like the photos. the cushions never inflate as stated in the instructions. The fabric tears crazy easily and there are no throw pillows that come with it. TOTAL JUNK! Made in China junk.

Just finished putting it together, and it's honestly better than I expected for the price. Sturdy enough, as long as you make sure the kids know there will be fire and brimstone if they jump on it. Cushions are sufficiently filled to be fluffy/comfy, yet firm enough to be supportive. Removable/washable covers are a bonus. Setup was only 6 easy steps (and step 1 was literally "take the stuff out of the box"). Some parts were stored within other parts, so be sure to read the labels stuck on the actual components. Just long enough to lay down on and be comfortable with a throw pillow in the corner (not included). Although it's technically a love seat, three people can sit comfortably side by side (four if they're not shy).

Have realistic expectations with a sofa in a box. Great sales price, arrived quickly, fit through door easily and assembled myself within hour. Small and comfy for occasional use.

Unpacking the sofa parts, my hands became filthy! Fabric is like burlap. The “wood” frame is made from balsa wood, like the airplane kits. A corner of a back section was crushed. Parts do not line up correctly. A seam on the back cushion frayed apart, making a big hole. Seat cushions are like sitting on bricks. Don’t waste your time/money, get something else.

It's an inexpensive couch and came mostly as expected. It's not very firm, but fairly comfortable. I was able to put it together by myself in about 20 minutes. I'm using it as an office couch so it will probably be fine because people aren't sitting on it daily. I would not recommend as a tv watching couch in your house as the cushions aren't very supportive. It's fairly lumpy looking at first, because you have to squeeze the cushions into the covers. I'm hoping this will smooth out as we start to use it more.
