I bought this shelf to store my sons toys in and it’s exactly what I wanted. You get what you pay for. There’s a few spots that came damaged, but I wasn’t concerned as it’s for my two year olds toys and I figured it would get banged up anyways. You get what you pay for. It was easy to assemble for my husband, but I was lost on the instructions (probably user error!)

I hated the holes that the dowel rods went into, but overall it was an easy assembly process. I hung mine on the wall, against manufacturer wishes I assume, but I put enough support behind and under it that the shelves will probably give out before the wall supports holding it up do.

It looks great on the box, but when assembled it looks and feels a pretty cheap. This one came with plastic assembly parts which were so hard to hammer in. The holes weren't big enough or way too deeps Ot he part would get jammed far in. It was not easy to assemble like the previous one I purchased which came with wooden parts. I understand now why it costs $45. I assumed I was buying one just like the first one I bought from target, same label. I think they ruined it by changing it.
