A: 9 Elements Bathroom Cleaner is safe on sealed granite but contains more vinegar power than our Multi-Purpose Cleaner, so we wouldn't recommend using it on stainless steel.

This cleaner is fine, performance-wise. It works, it’s gentle, it’s vinegar based. I was expecting a vinegar smell with a hint of citrus, but I have to agree with the others who said it reeks of urine. After one bathroom I really couldn’t take it anymore and am going to give it away—and that’s saying a lot, because I’m usually one to overlook smell or fragrance in a product as long as it works. Unfortunately the urine smell was not only strong, but it lingered for several hours. Not sure if it’s specific batches or what, but I won’t risk it again.

I don’t love the smell, I do get the hint or lemon but I sprayed it on some dried, hard toothpaste in my kids sink and around the faucet this morning. I let it soak for about a minute and it all wiped off really well, better than most other brands that aren’t more natural.

I’ve tried so many products to clean our glass shower doors and this is the best. It smells awful (very strong vinegar smell) but I just wear a mask and turn the vents on or open a window and it airs out. But, the results are great. The soap scum comes off and the glass shines.

I clean for friends and family and have struggled to find a good cleaner for shower and tub surrounds. This product is absolutely perfect! It cuts through soap scum and hard water stains with minimal elbow grease. Yes, the vinegar scent is strong but you need to vent the area - I always open a window and run the bathroom fan. I spray it on (generously) and let it sit for a few minutes or longer depending on the severity of the tub/shower. Then I take my sponge (scrubbing side that does not scratch) and scrub away. Most of the time, minimal, if any, scrubbing is necessary. Then I rinse down and BOOM! This also does a great job of getting water stains off of faucets! The before & after pictures below show an actual job where I used this product. Total scrubbing time (this was a more severe job) was less than 15 minutes. Soaking time was 10+ minutes. I sprayed, waited 10-Ian minutes, then sprayed again and started scrubbing with a damp sponge. (I used the Blue not the green and yellow - green & yellow scratches).
