Food Pairing: Pair Wrought Iron IPA with grilled meats like steaks or pork chops. Grilled sausages are great too, with some spicy mustard on the side. It pairs well with the spice, meat and seafood in jambalaya. A mild goat cheese in an excellent choice with Wrought Iron IPA. Glassware: Pint, tulip or stein.
