Up & Ups brand works just as well as excedrin. I like name brand medications, but I would definitely recommend this to anyone. They also look almost identical to the excedrin geltabs.see moreof the reviewer's review

I have a lot of headaches--big and small. I turn to these for the big ones because work. This generic med works every bit as well as the big name, advertised med does. I've tried them all. I choose to save some money and get rid of pain.
