not a 20" curtain rod

Described as 20" x 36" curtain rod, this will hold a 20" curtain the same way a 9 foot rod will also hold a 20" curtain. The rod is a full 24" long at its shortest point.  see moreof Bob's review

    Doesn't hang straight.

It's just okay. I'll be devising a way to clip the end of the rod into something to keep it hanging straight. We have a thermal curtain hanging from it in front of an outside door to deter drafts during winter.  see moreof Rhufe's review

As stated by others, the bracket is so soft and light weight it cannot hold a curtain for more then a day. Failure.  see moreof Greenthumb's review

The bracket is not strong enough to hold a sheer let alone a curtain. The mounting hardware is itself useless and pops right out of the wall! I used my own heavy duty wall anchors (the second time) and then the wall bracket broke!  see moreof me's review

Nothing fancy. It serves the purpose and the rod itself is not really seen. My complaint is that the wall anchors are not sturdy enough to go into the holes drilled for them. This made the process much longer as I had to go to the hardware store and get anchors that work.  see moreof plos's review
