We love the costume very much! I wish it would have had Ada Twist, Scientist on the lab jacket. However, the goggles were too tight! They needed an adjuster option.

This product is super cute and my daughter (3 years old) was very excited for it but it is made very cheaply. The gloves ripped right away and the lens on the goggles popped out. The hair clip was so hard to open and when we finally got it to open, it broke. It was like the plastic was melted together. The lab coat is the only thing that has held up but the Velcro is terrible. It sticks to all the little strings on the inside of the garment and makes it hard to fasten to the dress part of the lab coat.

The set is very durable with quality material and can withstand some wear and tear perfect for any kid. This set definitely let's kids be creative and use their imagination to its fullest extent, perfect for boys or girls. I definitely recommend this to everyone!

The coat is relatively easy to spot clean but if you need a deeper clean, the instructions say to hand wash cold and line dry. There are 5 pieces in it: The scientist's coat, gloves, goggles, hair clip (signature to Ada Twist Scientist), and two sticker sheets which they count as separate items. I love that this set has a picture of a girl (who is a person of color) on it, to encourage interest in science and support the idea that it is not just a dream for one specific demographic. Many years ago, you would never really hear of this profession being for girls so I'm over the moon that this set was released. Kids can dress up in their favorite Scientists iconic lab coat, hair barrette and make hypothesis and conduct experiments of their own wearing the included goggles and gloves.
