Item itself is okay, what was frustrating is it’s not “eligible for return”. Luckily my daughter will fit it, but it was meant for me to wear. So not being able to exchange or return is absurd.

Hi PsMum, Target as well as our company always offer free returns/exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date. During the holiday season, returns are allowed until the end of January. If your purchase was made in the last 30 days, have you contacted Target Support to report this issue?
