I am a tall thin man and sometimes have a problem with the sleeves being too short for me, but I chose the L size and it fits me very well and the sleeves are long enough. I just received this shirt today and I tried it on. It must be meant more for a broad shoulder, big armed man. For a woman who has a larger back and not large, but not small arms, this shirt has very large arm holes at the shoulder. I'm definitely a curvy woman. I guess this is more for a man. I ordered a 2x. I wear XL in merona and XXL in mossimo so I figured if it was big I'd just wash it in hot water and shrink it.
