It fit be good and was not too tight around the waist. Elastic waist band to hold the tutu in place. Material was still comfortable on and was not itchy. There is a bet stretchy elastic waist and I had plenty of room. I love the fire red color which will be perfect for my Devil costume. For work, I have to dress up every day in October, so I need to find easy, and affordable costume ideas to incorporate into clothing I already have at home. This red tutu skirt is perfect to wear by itself with a t-shirt, or as part of a costume. I will wear this for many costumes including, a vampire, a devil, a clown, and an m&m. This skirt was very affordable, especially considering I will be getting many uses out if it. It will fit multiple sizes too. I'm a size small and this fit well, with lots of room to give. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cute Adult sized Tutu. I normally wear a size 8 or a medium and the elastic fitted my waist perfectly and was easy to pull on. The skirt was just above the knee and I am 5ft 6 tall. The skirt has a couple of layers and is slightly see through. It is perfect for adding your own top and creating your own Halloween outfit. It would also work well at Christmas or Valentines. I received an incentive to write this review.

This red tutu isn't just for Halloween. Perfect & Quick Easy Costume Staple. It can be worn Christmas time or just for fun. I wear a size 14/16. It fits me fine - it's not flattering. It even fit my 12 year-old son.

I like this skirt to add on to different costumes I will wear for various parties and events. It has a nice liner and several layers to add fluff to the skirt. It also has a good waist band. The skirt does seem to run a little big as a one size fits all, I don't think it would work for someone who is smaller.

I got this tutu for my daughter to use for pretend play. She loves putting tutus on and performing concerts, well now I have one to perform with her and she absolutely loves this! It fits great And is flowy!

It's always good to have a quick costume idea, or something red for holidays, themed football games or camp color wars. I received this tutu from the Hey Bullseye sampling program in exchange for my honest review. The fabric isn't scratchy, and it is pretty poufy. I like the shade of red, and it has some shine as well. This is one size, and it fit me, my size 0 child & my 18+ son.(it's not the most flattering shape, but tutus are always fun). If you want a costume piece at a good price, this is for you. Add in some angel or devil wings or a cape plus a halo or horns & you're good to go.

School spirit days… watch out! This red tutu is perfect for dress up days at school (I’m an elementary teacher!). Fits really well and has a lot of stretch in the waistband. No see through! I’d still wear shorts or leggings under, but it’s solid.
