So it doesn't keep me up all night. It's small enough to carry to places whenever we're going somewhere overnight, and it doesn't take up a bunch of space, I love this product.

Not too much to slow you down or make you feel foggy in the morning. Just enough to make you a little more comfortable for a restful night of sleep. Great addition to my bedside table!
