The new gadget has a low battery alert which, if you don't pay attention right away, you'll miss it anyway. I bought the new one and what am I supposed to do with the old device?? These use TOO MANY BATTERIES and with today's technology, RB is a big enough organization to create something that's rechargeable!! Get with today's technology!!

I like the diffusers and some scents small great but they’re limited in variety and cost a bit much for how long they last. What’s more frustrating than any of those things is that it says in the FAQ that you can add up to 10 diffusers to your phone. Maybe I’m not understanding exactly what they mean by that but I have 2 and when I added the second one the first on I got no longer shows on my phone and while it seems to stay on schedule I cannot make any changes to it without adding it as a new device again. That seems unnecessary and redundant.

Why After A Year It Won't Connect Anymore??

I had no issues for a whole year. Today it's saying check my internet connection. Guess what? It's fine. I legit just made new schedules for different days since mon I work at 8am tue and wed at 7am and thur and Fri at 5am. That was the only change I made since my schedule is all over the place. Now it won't connect at all today. That was over a week ago that I made multiple scheduling. I uninstalled and reinstalled the APP.... That did absolutely nothing. Same error message. Rebooted my phone. Same error message. Even tho my net is fine rebooted my modem..... SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I'm super disappointed.... Was just about to purchase another one legit today and this happens..... Today. Are you guys having issues with your servers or something? What's the deal? Oil is full. Batteries were just changed out..... Not cool.

I purchased two Diffusers and within a period of 4 month both stopped working. I changed the batteries thinking they died but it still did not work. When it was working I enjoy the diffuser.

I was very disappointed when I got home and got them pluged in with the oils that came with each device. which was 4 white and 4 black. A friend of mine has one and it goes off like every 5 minutes. I'm upset because not a single 1 of the 8 with mist every 5 minutes. It has a mind of its own and I use the low setting but still go threw a bottle of oil 7-10 days. They weren't cheap to the but the diffuser and I'm thankful they came with a bottle but all the bottles do not really last 45 days.. don't fall for it like me and end up wasted your money.

Overall the product is fine. It does what I would expect. But the batteries don't last very long. Would much prefer something that can optionally plug in if you don't want to deal with changing batteries every month in addition to changing the diffuser. Also, I can't stand this scent.

It is recommended you have the latest version of Android or IOS on your phone. After downloading the Air Wick app, follow the instructions in the app to set up your account and diffuser. Upon creating your account, the application will prompt you to connect to your diffuser. Ensure your phone’s Bluetooth is switched on. Then, click on “Connect to Air Wick Essential Mist.” When the next screen appears, turn on your Bluetooth Essential Mist diffuser and wait for it to connect. The diffuser’s blue light should be blinking to show it is in pairing mode. Once connected the diffuser will flash slowly to show it is connected to your phone. This will lead you to a new screen to confirm you have connected your diffuser. The connection will work within the range of Bluetooth.
