Wasn't the biggest fan of this flavor, kind of tastes like a watered down sprite... Not the best flavor Alani has released recently, the calories and sugar content are great given that Alani's are sugar free, the calories usually stay pretty low as well, the energy boost is great, especially for a mom like me.
