I tried these in the air fryer, counter top convection & conventional oven with the same results. I use other Alexia products with good results. These are pasty. Some pieces come out with burn spots. Other pieces don't brown. I should be able to cut pieces with a fork. I can't. And they have no tast...  see moreof Marti's review

We bought your house cut fries and followed the cooking instructions (bake 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees). We thought this seemed like a very long time for such thin fries, but we followed the instructions anyway. 30 minutes later, our fries were burnt and inedible. These instructions need to be revi...  see moreof Annie's review

The fries in this bag were cut from low-grade potatoes that not been sorted to remove the damaged parts. I do not recommend this product at all, and I will be returning it to the grocery store for a full refund.  see moreof Happy Shopper's review

I bought these because I have enjoyed other Alexia products. I cooked these according to package directions, 30-35 minutes at 425 degrees. BURNED TO A CRISP. I retried at a lower temp, 420 degrees for a lesser amount of time, about 20 minutes. STILL way overcooked. I was so disappointed. Not only th...  see moreof LNick58's review

I dont know why people rate this product so poorly. I dont usually leave reviews, but this thing was so good, I had to leave one! It's crispy on the outside and creamy in the inside, and it smells heavenly while it cooks. Definitely better than any fast food chain fries :D  see moreof yoon's review

The directions on the package cannot be right! I think the correct time should be half of what is on the package. I questioned the time - but followed the directions. Burnt to perfection!  see moreof CatMom's review
