Issue with the remote connecting to batman toy

We bought a new one for christmas and the remote and the car connects for couple of minutes and then afterwards the remote starts beeping and the red light below the vehicle starts flashing so i assume the connection got lost for some reason.

Used it one day, and the left side of the wheels don’t turn or spin. Tried trouble shooting and replacing batteries and click the left button on controller as support page says and still doesn’t work. Son loves it and favorite Christmas present and an absolute bummer that this is happening. Figured it would be much better being all terrain haven’t even put it in water, snow or outside. Been playing on concrete floors so no understanding why this would happen

We have had two of these trucks. The first one, the wheel broke and was unable to be repaired. The second my son received for his birthday. It would run for about 2 minutes and then needs to be charged. Disappointed in this product.

This is a great truck! However, the biggest flaw is it doesn't hold a charge more than a day or so. Meaning if I charge it & my son doesn't play with it for a week, it needs to be charged again. I guess you could just leave it plugged in, but I doubt that's good for the battery. We have this one plus 3 megalodon ones on our street and all 4 of them have the same issue. (Batman one was purchased after the others & I was really hoping it wouldn't discharge like the others, but it does.) The run time is ok. You just have to charge it shortly before you play with it.

Buyer beware! My five year old spent his birthday money on this. Took a week to come in and after charging, as per the packaging instructions, lasted no longer than 3 minutes. Don’t waste your money.
