Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring. Shake well. Keep refrigerated. Pasteurized. Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 33-40 degrees F, product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. After opening, use within 7 days. For Recipe Purposes: 3 tbsp - whites of approx. 1 large egg; 1/3 cup - whites of approx. 2 large eggs; 3/4 cup - whites of approx. 4 large eggs. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated.
