When using this product : take a multivitamin once a day, at bedtime. Orlistat can reduce the absorption of some vitamins,follow a well-balanced, reduced-calorie, low-fat diet. A: If there is no fat in your meals, Alli capsules will have no effect. Alli only works locally in the gut to block the absorption of dietary fat; it does not cause any bowel changes without the consumption of dietary fat. Alli has no effect on the absorption of carbohydrates or protein.

A little help along the way
