They are discreet as advertised, as in they are not so thick that you can see them through pants. They have a good stick to panties and have a decent absorption. They didn’t make me itch and they don’t bunch up. I received these free in exchange for my honest opinion.

They are also the longer size than the regular - I have a picture to show the difference. They come in different lengths and thickness, just like the other kinds, but this is for sensitive skin so it has no dyes, fragrance etc. Packaging is pretty standard but nice, easy open top, individual wrapped liners for easy travel in your purse or bag.

It doesn't cause any weird panty lines so they are perfect if you live your life in leggings. They have been an absolute lifesaver when I'm out and about and I sneeze. I never notice any weird odors, so that's a definite plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was provided this product for free from Influenster in exchange for my review. Always Discreet Liners are long pads for bladder leaks. They are for sensitive skin and very light absorbency. There are 38 pads in a package. The liners are folded and wrapped in thin, plastic wrap, which may also be used to dispose of the product after use. The liner sides were crumpled when opening them. This made them likely to be even more bunched and less likely to stay flat, when worn. There is a slight fold along the sides of the liner, possibly to trap fluids. There are no wings along with sides, which would be more effective in containing fluid, compared to the very small, slight folds. They did leak along the sides, and the adhesive sides became folded up and came away from the underwear. They would be better to be wider in diameter, as well. The softness and claims to be for sensitive skin were not necessary features, for me. I didn’t notice that they were significantly softer than other products. The pads didn’t do a noticeably better job of protecting my skin from fluids, because the surface of the liner was of a tight weave, as opposed to porous, to allow fluid to pass through and be wicked away from the skin. They were not scented, so odors were noticeable. Overall, because of the lack of wings; leakage along the sides while wearing them; poor packaging due to the product’s being wrinkled along the sides, and the adhesive sides’ becoming folded and dislodged from the underwear; poor ability to keep fluids away from the skin; and lack of odor control, I do not recommend this product.

I wasn't sure what to expect when it comes to these pads but I'm pleasantly surprised. As we get older, our body starts to change and sometimes a woman will leak a little like when she sneezes, coughs or laughs. These are great protection, the perfect absorbency for light leaks and it helps control odor. They are super soft and very comfortable. I love the packaging and how you can use the wrapper to dispose of the pad when you're done. Overall, I would definitely recommend for light leaks.

I will review it as best as I can from that point. For the product being for very light leaks, it seems like it would be very good. It was thin and able to be discreetly put in a bag, but when worn, it seems like it will definitely handle a decent amount of volume. It was comfortable and stayed put, without any odors.

These are very light protection but long liners for sensitive skin. While my skin isn’t sensitive, I know I can always count on Always discreet to save me from the embarrassing situations due to my weak bladder. I am in my mid 50’s, have 3 kids, all young adults but my bladder isn’t the same after my last baby. If I sneeze, cough or laugh out loud, I always have a tiny leakage and well, these liners do the trick! I feel confident that they will catch any light sprinkles, making my day go without a hitch. No more embarrassing running home to change pants or undies, Always discreet save the day!! I would highly recommend these and will purchase a huge box at the club store when I run out!
