I am petite and I love that this underwear is made to fit all body types by offering a wide range of sizes from small through XXL The S/M was perfect for me offering a snug fit ensuring that I won’t have any leakage. This product turns your leakage into gel once it is absorbed leaving me with a dry surface and no odor. It also has a leak guard around the leg for extra protection of leakage down the leg. I find this underwear soft and comfortable to wear and it is very discreet under my clothes and yet still gives me maximum protection. I also love the soft pinkish color with the purple bow in front. It helps to make it feel more like underwear.

It's 360° Form Fit makes it true to size. The S/M fits me at a size 6 with room from any bloating I may have. The tiny bow in the front will assure you are wearing them properly. I ordered the wrong size but they still work very good for me no problems the absorbency is a plus plus. The fit is great and they don't give you that diaper sound like most do.

I was worried that it may be itchy because I am extremely sensitive to scratchiness. I was wrong. This disposable underwear was soft and barely noticeable.. I never once realized I was wearing a diaper. A note about the sizing - I was on the borderline between s/m and lg. I chose the smaller size. If I were to do it again, I think I would go ahead and size up. The smaller size fits, but was difficult to put on after my shower, whereas I would not have had trouble with the larger size. Overall excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone needing a little extra protection.

They look great under my clothes and with jeans on you can't even tell that you aren't wearing a regular pair of undies. Now that I'm older I sometimes have issues with peeing while coughing and these underwear were great to wear while I was sick last week. I would definitely recommend these, they fit good and absorb well.

I have gifted all of my soon to be mom friends with these after using them myself. I love that they are not thick and bulky like a diaper (who wants to wear that???). While I realize P&G designs & markets Always Discreet Underwear towards women, these underwear are excellent for me as a man with bladder leaks & urgency. Mainly used overnight & for situations away from restrooms. They are just like my regular briefs, are super absorbent, and are not noticeable at all. Much, much better than other disposable underwear supposedly “for men,” which don’t work that well for me. I was told about Always Discreet by a female family member who loves them too. In my opinion, they are really unisex, despite being marketed to women. Thank you, P&G! A+ product!

However with products that allow them to transition into this life with privacy it’s great! My daughter is able to still learn her body and how this works but in a way that makes her feel in control. She used to not want to go out because she was afraid of leaking but with these she said she doesn't worry about leakage anymore.
