The pads that us discression

No extra front coverage :(

All the coverage in back is great, maybe even more than enough. However, as someone who has leaks in front too, the lack of any additional coverage in front is really disappointing. Like why can't it be just a couple inches longer in front than all your other pads?

Perfect for heavy flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great overnight pad. It is much thicker, so the absorbency is greater and better than the thin overnight pads. It is longer and wider in the back, so it provides much better coverage. There was not any leakage with this pad. I would highly recommend using this for those nights with heavier flow.

Never worry about a leak again!

Great protection

I really enjoyed these. I usually would use the Always disposable underwear on my heavy days, but I felt like I wanted something that provided a lot of support but also wasn’t bulky and this fit the criteria. I still love my disposable underwear, but it’s nice having this option and I’d definitely buy them again!

Not an ideal design.

I was really happy for the next upgrade and bought these for a Wedding Weekend. This product is horrible. As a heavy bleeder, I know how often I need to change pads and can manage the rare accident that may occur. However, with this new product, I bled right through within half the time I would with the Maxi Size 5. The raised ridges did not prevent leakage, but caused leakage straight through my clothes and ruined more than my outfits. Thankfully I packed Maxi 5 as a back up. I cannot imagine wearing this product overnight, my entire mattress would be ruined. I do love your brand, but I think that a reassessment of this particular design needs to be done - or they need to be advertised for lighter days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Always Maxi Pads size 6 with wings and they’ve been a lifesaver on my heavier flow days and overnight. They provide excellent absorbency and full coverage, so I feel confident and protected without worrying about leaks. The wings help the pad securely in place, even while I’m sleeping or staying active. Despite the extra coverage, they’re still comfortable to wear and don’t bunch up. I also like that each pad is individually wrapped making them easy to keep in my bag for when I’m on the go. Overall they’re reliable, comfortable and give me the peace of mind I need throughout the day and night.

Extra coverage perfection

Adhesive isn’t that great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Are they thick? BEYOND thick! Which is perfect for heavier bleeders! The length is also another factor that will give those who have excessive bleeding peace of mind that they won’t have a mess coming up the front nor the back of the pad. I had no irritation with them neither, which is a plus for sensitive skin. The only issue I had with these, was the stickiness of the adhesive. For some reason, the wings nor the pad itself wanted to adhere to my underwear. That is a problem, as it leads to leaks. If the glue was better, these would have been a 4 star rating for me.
