This should help guide you to the size you should try first. For starters, these hold a decent amount BUT the padding part could be bigger/wider. The downfall is that the coverage is terrible! I get the xxl ones and they just don’t cover enough cheeks, which just don’t work for my menstrual cycle. They are very lopsided, so I’m having to readjust all night. I wake up and I always have one cheek completely out. These would be perfect if they had more coverage.

okay. so to be real, honestly yall just buy a big pack of men’s incontinence diapers. They absorb just as well, if not better, and cost substantially less. Are they flattering? no. Do i wake up with blood everywhere? also no. These always ZZZ ones are nice, the fit is more seamless and more flattering, and i also don’t wake up with blood everywhere. Depends on your personal preference, but i like both.

got the 2xl size it feels like I'm wearing a diaper thong. Very uncomfortable and they stink. Won't be buying again unless they size them better and make an unscented. I have sensitive skin and can not wear anything with fragrance touching this area of my body.

My 1st time buying these because pads just not cutting it. I love them I’m on the bigger side so the 2xxl fits just a little snug. But other wise does hold everything. Would like for the company to go up two more sizes for the other women out there.

Box says size L fits size 10-18 170-260lb. I am 230lb size 14-16 and the large barely fit. Absolutely no chance they’d be comfortable on you if you’re any bigger than I am. If I repurchase I will get the XL

I bought the XL/2XL because it says it will fit someone between the sizes 18-26.. and I'm a 24 however I have to struggle to get in them.. It's not worth the fight to wear them nor will I be buying them again because of this.. please get add more to true sizes..

As others have mentioned, this product states it fits up to size 26. I'm 24, and if I was any larger they wouldn't fit at all. I really wish apparel for women would get their acts together regarding sizing! But worse than that is the fact that it leaked right through while sleeping. For reference, I normally have to wear a menstrual cup AND two overnight pads just to sleep through most of the night. I still have to get up to change once, but that's better than every couple of hours. I assume you probably also have a heavy flow, if you've resorted to wearing these. I decided to be safe and wear the menstrual cup with these anyway, just in case, and it STILL leaked through onto my pajamas. And even if it hadn't, who wants to wake up to feeling wet underwear against their skin? I had high hopes for this product, since the first couple nights on my period are always so bad for my sleep. But given how much they cost for so few, and since I had to wash my laundry anyway, I might as well stick to what I was doing before. It's just really disappointing.

The absorbency is better than most overnight pads that I've used. They dont leak at all. Unfortunately, the sizing is inconsistent and dont fit as stated. The XXL is advertised as fitting up to a size 26. I'm much smaller than a 26, but they're incredibly tight; very uncomfortable. The also rip fairly easy when trying to pull them up.

When I first started using these they worked great! Especially, for someone with a heavy flow. But, they are not working as well since the have reduced the inner lining. Now, it's like wearing a pad and I am getting leakage. Up the front, back, and thigh area.

I have been using these period underwear for coming up on a year now, I think. Since I have sized up to the largest, every other box fits uneven. They ride up the left side and are obviously not effective when they are not covering me. I've stained my white office chair wearing them. Especially when I sleep, as I often roll around. Time to look for a new option... :( If made correctly, I love them, though they do have a fragrance I could do without.

We've also added an additional odor neutralizing material to these products which also imparts a slight scent. The intensity of the fragrance will be the strongest when first opening the package. The scent will begin to dissipate once the package has been opened. Regarding the uneven fit, be sure you're correctly wearing the undies. There's a diagram on the side of the package that shares how to unfold the pants and put them on. Sometimes, people mistake the back of the underwear for the front. The front has more of a narrow shape, while the back has a wider shape like a brief or bikini style underwear. Need further assistance? I am a solid size 22 in jeans/pants so I bought the XXL since it says it will fit up to size 26. There is no way it will fit over a 22. I was barely able to pull these up and they are very tight. I am not a flat body 22, I am a curvy 22. Front and back. Please reevaluate the size options for larger sizes. I think they would be very comfortable and easy to use if not fighting to pull them up and down.
