I really wanted it to be effective. Perhaps a capsule or tablet format would be better so that you do not have to suffer through the taste.

The texture isn’t also what a typical gummy supplement is like. I do wish the bottle had more in it, because it clearly says it may take 30 days to see the effects and this is only a 30 day supply.

It's a tart berry flavor with a hint of a floral taste, almost like a wine. I really enjoy the taste. The gummy does not stick to your teeth which is a huge win for me! As far as how the product works, I have not taken it for the full 30 days yet as recommended but I can already tell my hot flashes are becoming less frequent. I will definitely be continuing to use the product on a daily basis.

This really does seem to regulate the body temperature. I also noticed after drinking a few adult beverages, I slept better using this. It seems worth the splurge, being that there is nothing really like this on the market. The taste could be better, it is a bit strong of an earthy current berry flavor. Consistency of the gummy was delightful.
