These skates are perfect for any recreational skaters. My daughter is just learning, and these are perfect. I did buy a size up as other reviewers suggested, and they fit fine...hoping to get another season out of them. Look great and sturdy...no problems.

We haven't had these skates long enough to give a proper review. They might turn out okay in the long run. They arrived just before the last skating class when the testing was done. The child failed the test, and was in tears. It turns out the skates were slipping sideways because they hadn't been s...see moreof the reviewer's review

I would have loved to give these a great review. The first skate was awesome no complaints. However, 15 minutes into the second skate, the ankle support completely gave way. Unless you need a pair of skates for a prop, these are not ideal for a young skater.
