Q: Does the cart lock in the upright position? I've lock the adjustable handle height; however, it does not appear to lock the in a position which will prevent the handle from being moved forward without much effort. Thank you.

We used this carrier for my toddler in his Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat through two airports. The LATCH strap/hook on the car seat secured to the bottom of the back of the carrier, and the built-in bungee cords secured the bottom of the car seat to the extendable handle with no wiggle room. Saw this solution on a Mom Blog and can't recommend it highly enough.

Okay for moderate weight. I have only used it once, but I had to take some things off to lighten the load so that I could proceed. It was too heavy. I also had to make it level. Once I did that, it was smooth sailing. The bungee cords are annoying because they are connected. You have to use them together, which is another reason the load has to be level. I only bought this because it was the only folding luggage cart they had.

This cart is perfect for helping me carry heavy or large items. I keep it in my car trunk, and whip it out whenever I need it — boxes, gym bag, etc. In fact, I use it to carry my heavy gym bag which sometimes hurts my shoulder — it easily folds up to fit in my locker. It’s very light weight and a snap to set up and fold up.
