Q: Mine does not work consistently. It took forever for me to get it to turn on the first time I used it and I’m still not sure how I got it to work. Tried to use it again and it won’t turn on. Changed the batteries and still no luck. Any suggestions?

A: The Amope Pedi Perfect is designed to be used to remove thick and hard skin such as calluses. This product should not be used on bunions or hard corns. We would suggest the use of a product specifically designed for corns such as Dr. Scholl’s One Step Corn Removers, Dr. Scholl’s Liquid Corn/Callus Remover, or Dr. Scholl’s Duragel Corn Removers. -Amope Team

A: The end of the handle will pull out. 1. Remove the base from the unit and remove the used batteries. 2. Insert 4 new AA batteries in the directions indicated on the unit. • Place the negative/flat side of the battery against the spring. • The positive/dimpled side of the battery will go against the flat or dimpled plate on the battery compartment. • Always stack batteries on the same side, in the same direction 4. Replace the base of the unit. 5. Do not mix old and new batteries or alkaline and standard batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Absolutely amazing product. My feet are so dry and cracked and ive tried foot masks, pumice, the graters and i mean nothing was helping. I figured id give this a try and 5 stars is not enough!!!! Yes my feet still look a little rough however that scratchy feeling while putting on socks and rubbing on my blanket is SO much better! My feet are actually soft and i am shocked. Love this product!

It worked well the first 2 times. Now the buffer is no good. I've only used it twice in one year and very lightly, so the buffer shouldn't be worn out. I don't have rough feet.

Had this unit for quite some time and recently had to replace the batteries as it quit working. We put in four new batteries in the unit would not come on so I had my spouse take a look at it and low and behold; one of the existing batteries had leaked on the contacts so I had my husband did a little more cleaning and put those batteries back in there and it came on. It was functioning correctly, However, this past holiday, I had a house full of guest and it moved it and set it n top of my dresser. on my counter in the kitchen, so I moved it back to my bedroom and put it on top of my dresser because I wanted to make sure that it would work again and use it. Thursday night Thanksgiving night this unit went off three separate times in the middle of the night on the third noise, my husband got up to finally look and see what was going on. This was sitting on top of my dresser and scratched the heck out of the top of my dresser. Not a very happy camper, but not much I can do about that Love the unit for my feet, but not the top of my dresser , LOL

i LOVE this tool. i’m barefoot all the time so i’ve got the worst calluses on my feet. even my man that’s in steel toe boots all day asks me how my feet get so bad. i’ve tried literally everything else and this got rid of all my dead skin and calluses better than the most expensive pedicure. The only downside is that it sucks the life out of batteries like no tomorrow. I even tried rechargeable batteries, but no luck. Surely there’s got to be a better way for this thing to hold a charge.

I cannot tell y’all how much you need this product if you don’t frequent the nail shop to get a pedicure. I have very rough feet I’m a busy mom and I don’t have 50-75 to spend on just feet… the first use had me hooked! My feet have never been this smooth and clear. I'm an older male and have suffered with foot calluses for years. I've tried everything. Bought this yesterday and it is unbelievable. Just a light touch, sideways from the direction of spin, and I had immediate relief. I don't write many reviews but I was compelled to on this product. It came with a level 3 wheel. They also offer level 4, but this is fine.

I’m honestly surprised how well this worked. I have hard and thick callouses on my feet and this smoothed them out quickly and efficiently. The description isn’t lying when it says that it’ll stop if too much pressure is applied - I didn’t think I was applying too much pressure but there were a few times it stopped. This is the only reason I’m not giving it five stars, I wish it could withstand using a little more pressure.
