Table was broken already when we tried to get it put together. Return lable would not print. Stuck witha broken table of no use at all.

Top of table had a few small dents when unwrapped. Might have lived with, but stabilizer cuff did not fit between sliding shafts of table support. Could not put table in highest or lowest positions. Only realized after hour of assembling. Returned to store. Very disappointing as price not cheap.

A good price and nice stand...but hard to adjust height...it is not spring loaded like a hospital bed table. You have to lay it on its side, remove two knobs, slide tube and re- insert knobs.

It took me over an hour to put the table together and I literally got to the last step only to find out I did the first step incorrectly. The instructions were cramped into one page and was difficult to see. I feel like the product could have been more pre-assembled but they intentionally made it into more parts just so that the packaging was smaller. It's a good end product but the assembly was unnecessarily complicated.

I gave this unit to my wife to use as a laptop work table. The assemble instructions were very clear. The parts included two tools and no others were required. The unit is well built and looks really nice (if you like cherry-and I do). There were to parts missing and less than a day to request replacement parts and shipping took another two days. At first I gave the product score of 4 starts because of the missing parts, but upgraded the score to five starts due to thee ease and timeliness of receiving the replacemenets.
