Do not buy unless you can read very well, not for young children

This game is a cozy game , you can do many things on your own tasks to complete with out feeling rushed.

Pretty fun single-player. Multiplayer is disappointing since only one player gets to control of the direction of the game and advance their progress. Everyone else is just along for the ride. Could have been great with a decent local multiplayer experience.

I’ve been watching my brother play Animal Crossing for the last 2 years and it seemed cool. I just bought my own copy and I love it already. The game is very simple to figure out and is good to pass the time.

My 8 year old and I love to play this game together. It is so much fun and relaxing for us both. The music and characters are great. We love the quests and reaching goals. You upgrade your island bit by bit and make it beautiful.

Animal Crossing is the best game, I ended up buying a second copy as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. I chose Target because it was cheaper than other sites and arrived in time for his birthday.

This is a great game, but more for older or chill kids. There is a lot of reading, no end point; it’s just a leisurely game where you take your time and build and do little quests. Younger kids who can’t read will probably not enjoy this game, kids who are used to high activity games like Mario etc.. will find this game to be “too slow”. I hate the ratings for this game because adults don’t know what to expect from this, when it’s actually a really fun game.

Fun game, not aware if settings can be changed but the only thing I don’t like is children that can not read may have difficulty playing.

Game says 1-4 players, but really it's a 1-player game. Other players can't do anything meaningful or interact with the story. Can only have one island saved. This caused tears on Xmas Day. Very misleading.

From customizing your own home to the island and choosing who can come or go it is lots of fun!

we bought this for our elementary age daughter and she enjoys this game so much. This is a great game for young to adults.

This is definitely for younger kids. I got it for my 8 year old and she said it was really lame so we exchanged it for another game.

NOT FOR DYSLEXIC KIDS. Sure they can practice but the words are hard and it’s a lot. I’m super disappointed I didn’t realize this before we purchased. And really disappointed in Nintendo for not having accessibility options like reading out the text

I loved this game and it has been my absolute fav game since New Leaf. Now I really like the new game but the setup was really hard.
