A: It comes with a Micro-USB cable, you can use this cable to recharge this power bank. It does not come with the plug, you'll need to have a USB-A wall charger by your own.

External batteries normally give only 60%-70% of their capacity to other devices. Approximately 30% of the battery capacity is used up by the powerbank itself to actually generate the charge to the device it's trying to charge. These efficiency issues affect all electronics devices, and a fully recharged Anker PowerCore 5000 mah shall generally be able to give 1.5 charges to a 2000mAh（if your iphone is 2000mah） battery.

In regards to efficiency, all our PowerCores burn 30-40% of their power when they are charging other devices. So the item has 5,000mah of power, but the power left for charing your device is in fact 3,000 - 3,500mah.
