The outlet was very noisy. Let off an electronic beeping noise. Normally I wouldn’t be able to hear it but I used this in my bedroom at nighttime and I would wake me up from the constant high pitch hum. Also difficult to find the right spot where it would charge. Woke up several mornings to a dead phone.

It is a very temperamental charger. It takes several tries to put the phone on just right in order to get that blue light to turn on. However, the acceptable positioning changes every time I use it.

My husbands charging port on his phone quit working. Instead of spending a bunch of money on a new phone, we decided to give the cordless charger a try. We are not disappointed! This charging pad has been amazing. I am able to fully charge my phone in no more than 45min which is amazing. I don’t have to connect it I just lay it there on top of the charging pad and instantly it starts charging. For the value and the quality of this charging pad I can definitely say it’s worth it!! I highly recommend it.

I never give bad reviews, but this one is deserving. My charging pad just kind of works when it wants to and you have to have the phone positioned perfectly for it to charge. You can't just drop your phone on the pad and go. You have to spend 10 seconds scooching it around on the pad to make it charge. Would not buy again.

I will keep this on my bed as I find it frustrating to not be able to use much while it’s charging. but, it charges fast!

I put this in my office space to quickly plop my phone down to charge and can easily grab and go without pulling out any wires. It can also charge my wireless headphones carrying case which is nice and unexpected. I didn’t realize my headphones had that ability. You can see in the pictures that the blue light indicates that charging is activated. If the phone was slightly askew or not set properly down it will not charge. I do wish that the charging pad was slightly bigger so I did not have to fidget around the make sure my phone is charging. My suggestion would be to increase the size or shape to accommodate bigger phones. Overall I like the product and will be getting some as gifts for my family.

I bought this charger back in December 2020 and it was working great up until last week. Nothing unusual happened to the charger or phone - it just stopped working. When I lay the phone on the charger nothing happens. I’ve tried different outlets, unplugging and plugging back in but still nothing. Pretty disappointed in this purchase if it only last 5 months.

It’s a quick charge and it doesn’t feel tethered to the wall. It charges just as fast as my wall charger and I think it keeps the same charge. Overall a great product to have at home.

You just have to make sure to place the phone correctly on it which my phone notified me by vibrating as it received the charge.

I bought mine at Target. I am gonna take it back. I am charging my Apple XR phone that is 2 months old. It takes forever. A plug in charger is much faster. My plug in charger is Twice as fast. You should of Tested it before you put it on the Market. You claim it’s a Fast -Charging Pad. This is a waste of Money.

Prior to owning it, I was in the mindset that it wasn’t really necessary since we obviously have phone chargers that already work. I didn’t realize how convenient the power pad would be, and I definitely didn’t realize that it would save me money! My family has a variety of smartphones, so we also have a variety of chargers to keep up with, and I have bought an insane number of replacement cords because my child is uniquely talented in destroying them. I quickly saw the appeal of just laying my phone down to charge. It is effortless, totally brainless, and that’s what I’m looking for at the end of a long day! I never have to hunt for my cord, or my husband’s cord, we can both use the powerwave pad. We’ve never been able to share chargers before, so that aspect alone is awesome. I’ve been able to charge my phone on the pad while it is in its case without issue, but my husband does have to take his case off before charging because it is very bulky. I appreciate that the instructions are thorough, so you need no technical knowledge to set this up. It took maybe 2 minutes for us. Overall, I absolutely love it and plan to buy several to put in various locations around my office and home.
