Soundcore Liberty Air offers both impressive sound and complete freedom from wires. Custom graphene-coated drivers deliver sound with unprecedented clarity and accurate sound reproduction across the entire frequency range. Unlike many truly-wireless earphones, Liberty Air provides in-ear stereo calls. For crystal-clear voice pick-up, the dual-microphones are equipped with uplink noise reduction technology to filter out ambient noise. Calls and music can also be controlled directly from the touchpad on the earbud for ease-of-use. When you take Liberty Air out of the charging case, they automatically turn on and connect to your device. The latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology maintains an ultra-stable connection for skip-free streaming. 5 hours of continuous playtime can be extended by up to 15 hours using the included charging case.
Worked well for a few weeks, but now totally useless. First it started having regular connection issues. I followed all the instructions for a hard reset multiple times. Then, the left airbud pretty much stopped synching. Then, even after resetting, the volume is almost inaudible, even at full volume on my devices.

Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention. This isn't a normal experience with our products. Can you contact us at 800-988-7973 (PST) so we can look into this further with you? -K
They worked great for about 2 weeks. Now the right earbud (which is the main one) will not charge when seated in the case or connect to the case. This is a huge problem for the obvious not charging. This also creates a pain in the butt issue as the earbud will connect, disconnect, reconnect...multiple times in the case. Then the earbuds connect, disconnect, reconnect...to my phone making my ringer/notifications turn off.

They worked one and a half times. I got them for Mother’s Day (Sunday) and by Thursday they did not work. They had been charging since Tuesday morning. The left ear pod won’t work. I have spent over an hour trying to reset and troubleshoot. I’ve been reading the manual and doing everything it asks but the left bid won’t work. They are very pretty but useless ☹️.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need! We noted that you tried some tips already. Just to confirm, does the left earbud turns on when you take it from the charging case? If not , pleaes try to fully charge it first. If yes, please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not: - If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, search "h0g9UZIEgJo" on YouTube for detailed steps on how to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds. - If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful. If those steps don't help, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Thanks for contacting us. Have you tried 'forget device' in your phone settings and re-pair like new? This is usually the best way to go about this. Also make sure that the plastic is off of the metal pins that go into the case, as they cannot charge if those are still there. If all else fails, please give us a call so we can look further into this with you: 800-988-7973
They have worked great for the past months since i bought them in october then one day the riight earbud lost all audio. No idea why. Reset it twice and still no sound. You can barely hear a whisper of music when at max volume but then the left is blaring so its just not functional/ Luckily customer service at Anker is being very helpful and trying to get my product fixed.
Other then the sound issue it worked great 8 hours at a time on one charge with just the earbuds alone. The case I only charged every few days. Batterys are incredible. Hope they can take care of my warranty I love these headphones.
I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing since I had the same problem as all the other reviews. Worked great at first, and now a month later one earbud will not work, no power no matter how long I charge. Now today, I cannot even pair the other working earbud. It says it is paired and I get no sound. A complete waste of money. Do not buy! Go and spend the extra money to get the more expensive pair that will last.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need! Does the earbud charge fine with a steady white light? If not, please try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection. Make sure the charging case is with power. If it still does not power on when you take it out from the charging case, please reach out to us at email@example.com for further assistance. We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you!
I will admit the first pair I purchased wouldn’t sync so I returned for a new pair. The new pair have been working amazing. To solidify this, I literally just dropped one in the pool and it is STILL WORKING! Amazing.
