I am a huge fan of these noodles, I usually make peanut noodles with them but any recipe should work. For a single serving I break one bar of noodles in half which is kind of diffcult but the whole bar of noodles becomes leftovers for the next day.

I have been crazy for Annie’s Pad Thai for years. I usually always have 6 in pantry. Perfect for a quick 90 second in the microwave for lunch. Nice flavor with a little punch. I’ve always wanted to try it with added ingredients like shrimp, tomatoes and asparagus but haven’t had the time. One of my favorites because no dirty pots, fast and easy, low price and great favor

I absolutely love these rice noodles. I have to be gluten-free for stomach issues and was having trouble finding a versatile pasta without crazy additives. These cook very well & have a neutral taste, so whatever seasonings or sauce you add won’t be overpowered by some other flavor. Definitely recommend these—although I cook them differently from the instructions. I don’t boil them. I boil the water first, then reduce the heat to low and add the noodles in for 3-5 minutes. Boiling them makes them too mushy.
