If you're going to buy this, be prepared to buy some other stuff. An immersion sous vide cooker requires a deep pot. My deepest pot (a dutch oven) just barely covered the minimum water mark. So far, so good. I've only had it a few days and it takes a little bit of a learning curve to learn to use it. I think it is going to be great. However, it would be very helpful to have a users manual. I don't have a smart phone, so no app to use. I'm researching cook books for it's use.see moreof the reviewer's review

Incredible results, great value! I absolutely love the results that I get when I use the Anova Nano sous vide!
