For instructions, search for How to Connect a Mac to an Ethernet Network for Dummies. It's a 27 second video, but essentially you just plug it in, reboot your Mac, go into settings, Network, and configure it from there.

It performs as an Apple product is expected to perform. I need this device because I now work from home and wifi connection is insecure and unreliable. Also, using this device frees up my USB ports (which I'll need one for my headset). It's as fast as my internet and I'm very messed with its perform...see moreof the reviewer's review
