Picked them up at the actual store due to the reviews saying plastic missing I have no issues they sound really good but now 500$+good

Good headphones but had to return them due to the tightness around my head when I wore them.

watched the tracking for this item very carefully as it is a large purchase and can get "lost" all too easily. I saw a lady in a minivan dropping off my box, but after she took the photo of the box she picked it up and put it back in her car! Luckily I was watching in my security camera and stepped out to ask her where she was taking my package. She quietly then brought the package back to my door. If you're ordering online beware!

I LOVED these headphones. I still do. But they will stop working after a year. I got my original pair replaced for free under the 1-year warranty after they stopped working randomly. Guess what happened to my replaced pair? They also stopped working randomly. In the same way. They will not connect to any of my devices. The sound quality is amazing, but save yourself the money. 600 dollars is a ridiculous price for such unreliable headphones.

I purchased this for my daughter and when I got the package, it had no plastic on it, but I didn’t think nothing of.. then I got home and the ear part was itchy.. then when I connected the Apple AirPod max is said “Roger’s AirPods Max” and on my phone it gave me an option to find/track the AirPods Max!! Besides being unsanitary, it was so unsafe. This person could’ve tracked their device and my daughter would’ve been in danger. I called the store but it seem like they just didn’t care. They just wanted to switch out the item not realizing this is very, very dangerous and unacceptable. Not to mention, I don’t have time to come back and switch anything out. And I’ll double check. I made sure nothing I bought is refurbished. It was clearly on. It’s not a good situation. I think God I caught this but what if it’s others out there who could’ve bought something just to be tracked. It’s not OK. I’ve learned my lesson if you wanna buy anything Apple go to the Apple Store not a third-party go to the actual manufacturer.

I ordered it online and the package never arrived. Never using target app to order anything ever again.

Love them they sound great. But did have some issues i had bought them and they were used so make sure the box is sealed.

Do not buy they are to heavy they will give u a head after 10 min of wearing them not to mention they absorb so much sweat. It feels like they are literally sucking the life out of your head.

AWFULLLLLL! SAVE YOU MONEY! DONT ever buy something this expensive from online at target! They are awful to deal with. Headphone are junk. Buy beats.

DO NOT BUY THESE. Save your money!! I purchased these headphones less than a year ago and they randomly stopped working. They are only covered under warranty for 1 year. Apple told me after the 1 year mark, they provide no support or replacement for the headphones even if they just stop working out of no where. I would expect better service for such expensive headphones.
