Q: Will this fit in a 1st generation 12.9” iPad case?

Regarding your question about the Apple iPad Pro 12.9-inch Wi-Fi Only: There are differences in the size between the 1st generation iPad Pro 12.9" and the more current models such as this, the 1st and 2nd gen are 12" tall, whereas the 3rd through the 5th generation are 11.04" tall, so cases made for those models won't fit proplerly, I would recommend a case that's compatible with iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd generation or higher for this iPad. Q: Is the Ipad Pro good for video editing (Adobe Premere Pro) ? Also, Can I connect an external Thunderbolt 3 storage to transfer data to and from the Ipad?

Q: i thought the ipad pro came with 8 gigs of ram but on the target website it only says 4 gigs

A: It's most likely a typo on Target's end. I've seen many products that have false information on retailer websites. Officially speaking, there is 8GB of ram in the 128, 256, and 512GB models of the new iPad Pro, and 16GB in the 1 and 2TB model options.

I wanted a tablet. What I got instead was a laptop wannabe. Don't get me wrong. The iPad is nice. It actually comes fairly close to being able to be used as a laptop once you add in a keyboard. But if you want it primarily to be a tablet, I would recommend a smaller iPad. Also, once you add in a keyboard, especially if you opt for Apple's Magic Keyboard, you are in the same price range as a MacBook Air, a farm more capable machine.

Out off all my apple products, the iPad is always my favorite. I recently upgraded to the newest iPad model and I love it so much. I actually bought the WiFi + Cellular model. The cellular is must for me. I went with the 1 TB storage option as well. I really just use mine for basic things like watching movies, playing games, web browsing. I’ll use it for work here and there if I have to. It’s very fast and smooth. The display is beautiful. The only con I’d say is sometimes when watching a movie and the screen is dark, there’s some weird “glow”. Hard to explain. It doesn’t bother me much but it’s noticeable.
