Loved the phone to begin with. I've never really had issues with Apple products as I have had my iPhone 6 for 7 years. I updated my phone and within two days the display went on the 13 Pro. I needed to go to the apple store to have the display replaced. There have been no issues since having the display replaced but time will tell. Hoping there are no further issues because the phone is very nice.

Gorgeous and bright 120Hz display, incredible performance, spectacular camera, and VASTLY improved battery life. The battery is so good that the iPhone finally beat out samsung in longest battery life and not by just a little, by a couple hours in most videos iv seen. Matched up with the new A15 Bionic you have the fastest phone on the market with the best battery life.

1) Doesn’t swipe left. EVER. Brand new $1,000 phone bought TODAY can’t swipe through image carousels. Very buggy. 2) Setup process was uncharacteristically confusing, with grammatical errors in the directions. Took 4 attempts to set up successfully. Older iPhones were a breeze in contrast. 3) Absolute nightmare just trying to buy it! AT&T and Apple will only let you buy/upgrade if your AT&T wireless account isn’t connected to other AT&T services (e.g. internet, TV, land line, etc). It took two days days and two hours at Target to find a workaround: setting up a second, new wireless number, which I will never use and have to cancel in a month! Neither Apple nor AT&T cared to sort out the logistics of this? Are you kidding me?!

My first impression is that this phone is super fast compared to my iPhone X, the camera is also a huge improvement, but that’s about all I can say that’s positive about this iPhone 13 pro. First of all, the screen chipped within the first 24 hrs of very limited and very careful use. I don’t even know how it could possible have chipped but it couldn’t have been from much. In other words, you better buy a case and a screen protector IMMEDIATELY if you want this thing to last. Next is the issue with the charger. They don’t give you a base, but they say you can use your old charger. I tried, and my old charger would charge for 30 seconds and disconnect, and charge, and disconnect, and continue this off/on thing without ever having fully charged the device. So— no. You can’t use your old charger. Hope you have a usb c charging base laying around or you’ll be forking over some more money for one. I bought this phone mostly for its (supposed) 120Hz refresh rate for a more fluid mobile gaming experience. Unfortunately, apple has made it so only their own apps can utilize this 120Hz, and third party apps are still running at half those speeds, at best. Thanks Apple. You can have your phone back now.
