According to Target they are uncertain where my package is or how they can track it . What I don't understand is how does target have a delivery system but can't track their driver. Customer service is no help nor will they allow me to pick up the item in the store. I will never order from target for delivery ever again. They are using a third party to deliver their packages.

Macbook Neo
Hard transition from windows to MacBook. I thought I would love it, but as much as I tried it was a hard adjustment. If you’re used to ctrl copy / paste, tapping on the icon to open and minimize windows and generally like Google Chrome, don’t bother buying a Mac. I liked that it connected to my phone but that’s about it. It was heavy and slow. Battery life wasn’t great either.

Loving the color and performance of the MacBook Neo. If you're wanting someone basic to surf the web, watch youtube videos, create documents and etc, then this MacBook comes at a really good price point and you can choose the color to fit your style. For me, the blush color was definitely made for the girlies.

Expensive item delivered no packing
I just now opened my box at the head the $700 computer in it there’s absolutely no packing around my box which means it bounced around the whole time before it got delivered to me what a joke I’m so disappointed

Mmmm... Buy with Caution if your used to Mac Air
If you’re coming from an Air you are not going to be impressed with the size or heaviness of this computer. It honestly is the most disappointing aspect. I did not see it before buying, and now I’m highly considering a return. Luckily I have a short time to decide if it’s worth it. I also don’t love that the keyboard doesn’t light up, but that was a concession I was aware of going into it. Screen quality seems good and I’m sure it’s better than any PC/Windows out there… Some things run slower than normal- example logging into outlook had a brief lag. I just bought this today, so I don’t have a ton of examples. We are not talking about dial up lags either. But noticeable when comparing to my iMac downstairs or my work air (which I will no longer have as of next week). This machine would be great for anyone coming from a Windows/PC environment. For those on more recent Macs it’s a noticeable downgrade. A good price. And that might make it worth it for you. I’m still deciding…

Great Purchase
The A18 Pro handles everything from heavy multitasking to media work without a hiccup. No fan noise, no lag, no drama. The performance to battery ratio is genuinely impressive. If you care about what’s under the hood, this machine earns the spec sheet.

Loving this Neo
Loving this Neo!! Replaced my 10 year-old MacBook and I can’t believe the difference. Connects directly to iPhone. The only downside… It needs a lit keyboard.

Great laptop. Anything Apple to me is great. Not heavy at all fits perfect in my tote bag and love the color.

Terrible
I was super excited, and ultimately extremely disappointed. It's very heavy, it couldn't set up a new account, because "too many new accounts" were set up on the device, and the customer service absolutely sucks. It's going back

First It got delayed then when it finally came the person delivering it(w/fedx) THEY THREW my laptop at my front porch instead of walking up five steps. Lucky she was perfectly fine and works normal. I know these aren't Target's fault competely but target was the fastest.
