This is the 1st time I've tried apple pie filling and it's not bad. There are NOT enough apples in 1 can to make a pie, but it is enough to make pastries. The apples are large and have a good firmness, but the filling is a tad too thick. Overall it's a pretty good product.

I'm not a big baker, but I was craving some apple turnovers and I decided to purchase this pie filling (to make life easier) and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! I can see why it's always low in stock, lol. This filling is delicious, the apples are crisp and it tastes so fresh! For the price this is a steal-if Market Pantry ever decided to make a frozen apple pie, I'd definately buy it!

Tastes great, great price point. Apples are a little tough (I used this in a cake where the filling is added after the baking) but soften up much better if you warm it first.
