Expensive but well built. I didn’t like the battery performance.

First off the price of this is a bit absurd. It is a lot of money for a slightly upgraded series 4. This was my first time trying the cellular model and I wasn’t that impressed personally. The series 3 WiFi watch I could use regularly and end up with around 65-70% battery life after a full day. Two days using this phone (one with cellular on for a few hours) the battery was at 37%. I ended up with roughly the same amount the second day. This may be limited to my experience but, I didn’t hesitate to return it and from now on I’m definitely sticking with the regular WiFi version. Should I need to be on it frequently I’d give up the cellular benefit for knowing it will last the whole day and then some without it.
Other than that, it’s a solid product just like the earlier editions. Apple really does the Apple Watch right. It’s just sooooo expensive. Consider that it’s more expensive than an Xbox one x, or more than most phones, or heck even a fancy graphics card that could take your PC to another level.
Other than being overpriced as most Apple products are, the watch is great. I replaced a series 3, and the series 5 seems to have a longer battery life despite the always on display. I also included cellular with this watch, and that’s great since you don’t need to carry your phone everywhere you go, especially nice for outdoor workouts.
