I love this product! It restored my dry skin after two uses, and left it extremely soft. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love the product itself but the applicator is unnecessary and messy. All of the excess product is stuck in the tube and then gets all over the cap. Just really bad part of it and would be better with a regular twist on top like lotion.

I came to the site just to see if I was doing something wrong! The foam applicator is nowhere NEAR touch free or convenient. Again, live the product.

Works wonder for dry skin. My son had been dealing with dry skin issues on his hands for several months. We tried several different creams, oils and lotions but none provided any long lasting relief. He has been using Aquaphor for about 2 weeks now and his hands do not have any more dry skin. He uses it now just once a day before going to bed.

I’ve read wonderful effects this has on burns, cuts and etc. It’s thicker and harder to spread than Vaseline. I thought it was a tube but has a weird sponge applicator. It seems unhygienic so I use without it. I should’ve read before purchasing

This worked really well on persistent dry skin. Especially with the weather change and turning on the furnace, it’s hard to keep your skin from drying out and cracking causing rashes and irritation. We use this at night before bed after a warm shower to lock in the moisture and it’s really great!

This is a tremendously effective moisturizer, but the new touch-screen applicator is an absolute horror! I am not a weakling and you need Incredible Hulk - like strength to extract product from the tube. Just as another reviewer stated, I too will be screwing off the cap for much easier access.

My young kids and I suffer from sensitive dry skin. With the kids back in school they have been using hand sanitizer it has amplified their break outs and really has tore their hands up. I love using aquaphor normally but my kids hate the overall greasy feeling afterwards from rubbing it in. I saw the touch free and had to try it! My son (6) absolutely loved it!!!!!! Goes on really well, covers just enough to rub it in with the foam and to do it’s job without making a mess! Very happy with this!

The product works as advertised. I had a rash on my arm (not sure how it formed) for prob at least 6 months before I started applying this ointment. It took maybe a month or so to see a difference. I’ve been using it consistently every night for almost 2 months now and my rash is starting to disappear! I’m also using this as lip balm and it works out great. The only thing I don’t care for is the ‘touch free’ applicator. It’s pretty pointless. A regular tube design would work just fine. Bottom line product itself works great! Just go with a regular tube.

We're sorry for the difficulty you had with our Aquaphor Touch-Free tube. We will share your feedback with our Aquaphor and Packaging teams. In addition to an outer safety seal, this item does have a safety seal under the foam tip applicator that needs to be removed in order to dispense the product. We're here to help. If we can be of assistance, please call our Consumer Relations Team at 1-800-227-4703.

Two years ago my husband was diagnosed with a rare cancer. The cancer center said he would need to use a hydrating lotion on his face as the radiation therapy he required would dry out/ create a “sunburn-like” damage to his skin. After much research, we chose aquaphor because of the positive reviews and it is fragrance-free. Everyone is different, but he did not have any skin damage from the radiation, just a tanning effect. He was fortunate, but it worked for him! We continue to use aquaphor and it really works to seal and hydrate the skin. Just don’t like the new applicator. I just take that off and squeeze the tube as before. I also now use aquaphor for skin irritation, itching and rashes—-for me, it works better than hydrocortisone products. Glad we found this product, just when we really needed it. PS. My husband is doing great! Every scan/test so far has come back No Evidence of Disease/Cancer!

Aquaphor is my go to beauty product. At my local pharmacy they now only carry this applicator which is a bummer. It is very bulky and is difficult to push out the product. I am going to try a different retailer to get the old applicator, I hope it's still available!
