A: Good morning, This product was specifically formulated for use on carpets, but if the consumer spot tests on an inconspicuous area of the dog bed and deems it acceptable, they should be able to use it on the rest of the dog bed. Thank you!

A: Hi FY, We apologize that you are having this issue as this is not something that we expect. If the sprayer does not function properly, remove the nozzle and check nozzle hole and holes in rubber component for obstructions. Check to make sure nozzle is not in “OFF” position. Replace nozzle, return sprayer assembly to container and proceed. If that does not work we would recommend that you return the product back to the store. Again, we are sorry to learn of the issue that you are having with the product received. Thank you.

I have tried them all - this works so much better than any of the products I have used. gets rid of the stain right away. other, more expensive products will get rid of the stain only to reappear after it dries. this gets rid of the stain and keeps it away. I'm a multi-cat home and unfortunately experience peeing outside the litterbox issues. I can't recommend this product enough- only one out there that truly works and it's a fraction of the price of other pet stain removers. I do have white carpets, so I'm not worried about discoloring the carpet. I would definitely use this if you have white- it will get out the stain (and smell!)
