The flex motion patches help more than any other product I’ve found for my back pain. I can no longer find them in the stores. Please don’t discontinue them!!!

Have used this product for years and I am satisfied with it. However, it must have been a young person that does not have arthritis that designed the new tube. This is the most difficult tube for people with arthritis to use. How clueless for a manufacturer to do this, unless the strategy is to throw away the half full tube so that you have to buy a new one. It's worse than a store putting arthritis medication on the bottom shelf.

I bought this product a few months ago. I've never been able to open the bottle. After struggling with it, it went flying off between the wall and headboard. We finally retrieved it and are waiting for a grandchild to come by so that we can actually try it. It says its childproof. If you have arthritis or otherwise weakened hands, dont waste your money.

This product doesn't work for me,I think I used a good amount on my shoulders for pain,It took a while before I felt any type of relief,So I won't be buying again.

I really like the product but the new packaging is difficult to squeeze once you get half way thru the tube. The material at the top of the tube is hard plastic and difficult to to squeeze with painful hands. It is also deceptive and gives the illusion of having more product in it than it actually dies. This is also true of your Gold Bond foot creme. I will now look for a new product that is easier to use.

I've been using aspercreme for years. Love the product but the new tube is almost impossible for me to use. You have lost a customer and I'm sure I will not be the only one.

I have use Aspercreme Original with great success for well over 15+ years. I hate the new tube. The new short, fat shape of the 3 oz tube is impossible to use with painful joints in my hands. The old tube worked perfect, it was slender and more flexible. I don't know if the idea to change the tube was to attract new customers or if it is a cost saving venture on your part. New customers that buy this product are buying it because they are experiencing pain of some kind. They will most likely have trouble with the tube as well. In my opinion your company should consider the people that you are marketing to and go back to the old-style, slender, more flexible tube. It would show compassion for the people that love your product because it does relieve pain, but can no longer use it because they can't squeeze the creme out of the tube. I use this product two times a day.

I have arthritis in my hands, but can't take NSAIDs or Aspirin, but the aspirin amount in this cream is enough to remove pain so i can sleep. It is great yet simple pain relief,

Ah, when one is in pain these pain relieving creams are so great to have. I especially like this brand because it doesn't smell like so many other brands. No one knows you are using it. I mainly use it on my back and in no time I feel a lot better.

This product did not work. Product didn't numb hand when rub on another area of body.

i use this for when i have to deal with daily aches & pains while out & about. i think it is an amazing products and works really well, but the only downside is you have to let it sit and dry before you can move around and do much! i recommend the Aspercreme Lidocaine PATCHES instead!

I believe I have tried this for minor muscle aches. I think it helped a little bit but not a whole lot. I purchased it once, didn’t find it to be satisfying, so I never bought it again.

This cream does NOTHING compared to their discontinued 6 oz LOTION. Come on people START PROTESTING AND DEMAND a RETURN OF THE 6 oz LOTION

Aspercreme Aloe Odor Free Pain Relieving Creme 3Oz has really helped me when I'm in pain, especially with my neck and back. I like that it's unscented, unlike other pain relieving cream. It dissolves easily into my skin. It's not messy or sticky so I can use it then put on my work clothes right away. It's a product that I always have a tube of. I would definitely recommend for mild-to-moderate pain relief.

I love using this cream on my back and knees after I work outside, it is effective relieving my aches and pains.

Was just wondering if you could possibly make this stuff in bubble bath form. I love it! If not, I’m good with the products you sell. Thanks
