pros: This machine is smooth and quiet. I like that it is adjustable and easy to store. The seat is comfortable. Cons: The heart rate monitor has not worked. It has been slow to get customer service on this issue. They usually take more than one e-mail over weeks to respond.see moreof the reviewer's review

The seat is very uncomfortable so I can't use it for the lengths of time I would like to as it hurts my lower back. I have tried placing a pillow behind me and it helps a bit but still not enough.see moreof the reviewer's review
