Q: Does this lotion come with some kind of Safety Seal? Such as a plastic shrink wrap around the outer cover or a foil/plastic tab under the cover attached to the opening? I received one and it had no safety seal. Most Baby products have some safety seal.

At first I didn’t like the smell but as I kept applying it everyday it honestly wasn’t that bad at all. I really don’t notice it now tbh. It hasn’t caused me any breakouts and has really protected me from the sun. I’m quite white but this sunscreen makes me look like a GHOST. This sunscreen leaves a GHASTLY white cast but I honestly don’t care that much. It takes a lot of working through for it to not look AS white. It’s a very “tough” formula in the sense that it doesn’t glide easily through the skin. You would need to knead your skin quite a lot to get your skin to absorb the formula. But again, I don’t really mind that at all. All I wanted was a mineral sunscreen to protect me from the sun and didn’t break me out and I found it so yay! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Honestly, I got this sunscreen only because it has the highest percentage of zinc oxide protection. It helps a lot especially with burns. I use this everyday on my 2yo when we go outside in the mornings. One 3oz bottle lasts her 4-5mo. Great product!

I applied this sunscreen twice in a three-hour period (not swimming), and I still ended up extremely burnt. I'm lucky a friend had used different sunscreen on my toddler so she didn't end up burnt too. I've never seen such worthless sunscreen.

I really don’t think you get enough of this stuff for the price point. It smells like baby lotion at the slightest which i didn’t mind too much. It is very pastey and thick, reminds me of destin diaper rash cream as far as consistency goes. It is definitely not runny as the banana boat mineral sunscreen i also have, for reference. it is a bit hard to rub in but it’s possible and it seemed to have worked but you will have to make sure to reapply because in areas that I didn’t we did get burnt easy

In July 2021, Johnson & Johnson recalled certain Neutrogena and Aveeno sunscreen products after third-party testing revealed the presence of benzene. Benzene is a known human carcinogen associated with leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood-related cancers. Please do not buy this for your babies! I threw mine away after purchasing it in early 2021 for my newborn. Will not trust this brand anymore, commercial products are increasingly becoming more risky.

I've used this sunscreen for years on both my kids and myself. It works. It's not super greasy and doesn't make my skin to do weird stuff (I'm sensitive ;)). Great formula without all the weird scary ingredients you don't know how to pronounce. No sunburns over here!

I bought this sunscreen because I really want to protect my skin. When I bought this product and started using it, I feel like I have to put a lot to rub in because the consistency is thick. At first my face really looked white because of the residue but over time it sinked into my skin. So I decided to apply it the first thing I wake up when i get ready for work. I also have acne and I can see that it’s not that red when the sunscreen is on. My skin feels protected and it feels good. The only downside that I experienced was that when I sweat, I feel some of the product run down in my eyes and it would hurt a little.

My son has sensitive skin, and I’m allergic to sunblock so I use Aveeno for him because that is all I use for his body wash, and lotion. But I am not the biggest fan of this product. It’s very thick and hard to rub in.

I had switched to this sunscreen because my previous one was making my neck itch and whatnot. I don’t have any irritation like that with this. However, this feels gritty while trying to apply, the white cast is pretty bad, and it could cause breakouts. I find that it takes forever to absorb—even into my dry skin—and it almost separates throughout the day. (This may not be intended for the face, but it is made for babies so it should be gentle enough to be used in this way. I have also read recommendations for this as a face sunscreen.)

Leaves a very thick hard to remove residue on your hands after application. Difficult to fully rub in. That said my infant son was never burned and this product performed well. I just couldn’t get over the chalky residue on my hands and skin after putting it on my son. It was very difficult to wash off. (Makes since though since your supposed to wear it while sweating or in the water)
