I was looking for an affordable 50+ SPF for everyday use. This one is a good price and had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. It is quite thick and doesn't have much slip so it is difficult to spread on your skin and looks streaky and patchy no matter how much I rub it in. It is rather opaque and turned my skin purplish-white. That may not be noticeable on very pale skin, but for everyone else it will likely make you look ghostly. Having to blend it with one or more other products to correct these issues means I'll be less likely to use it. Didn't work for me at all.
I bought this hoping it wouldn’t break out my skin since it is made for the face, however it was 100% the worst sunscreen I’ve ever put on my face. The sunscreen is extremely thick and feels very strange to the touch, not greasy but very unpleasant. It’s also incredibly hard to wash off. I used this for several days while on vacation and it made my skin breakout. I tried it again today thinking maybe it was something else that was affecting my skin but after this single use there are several pores on my face that feel painfully clogged. My skin does not typically break out from sunscreen but sometimes will be a little less clear so I thought this sunscreen would help, it did not and I will never be using this again! Do not buy this.
I bought this item May 2019 for a summer cruise. It is very thick. When applying, I had to run it in for what seemed like 10 minutes. I purchased this product with the understanding that the mineral zinc oxide is a thicker ingredient, and takes some getting used to as opposed to the unhealthier sunscreen options. I took the chance and gave the product some time. Unfortunately, after repeated use I found that it dried my skin out to the point of peeling around my nose, cheeks, and smile line. I tried to mitigate the dryness by applying a sensitive skin moisturizer before applying the sunscreen. It did not help. In the sun, I noticed my cheeks feeling very hot to the touch and felt a burning sensation. The feeling was immediately relieved when I washed the product off. I gave this product several chances, as I would frequently reapply it (because maybe the burning was caused by another product, etc.) and I found that the burning consistently returned when I applied this product and spent time in the sun. I do think the burning and intense dryness this product caused is related. Not for me. The product was effective and did protect me from sunburn on my face. It did not protect me from sunburn on my arms (I applied it in haste because I ran out of other sunscreen), partly due to it being so thick and my being in a rush. I received a terrible burn on my arms and hands, which I still have a scar from. It is very hard to spread on larger areas of skin due to product thickness, would not recommend on anything other than face. Also, due to the mineral ingredient, it does turn your face ghost white, which cosmetically is very hard to get rid of (you have to rub it in for a long time and mix with moisturizer). Overall I will be switching products.

I'm still scratching my head wondering what's in this sunscreen that my skin loves so much. It evens out my skin tone so well, getting rid of any redness and discoloration that I often use it as a cc-cream. So, it works as a sunscreen, moisturizer, and makes my skin look so lovely I don't feel the need to wear foundation! Needless to say, I use it often.
a week ago I purchased this product hopeing that it would trully be gentle sweat proof and water resistant. So far so Feel that this pruduct has met my exspectations. I would like one thing to change. That one thing is product size. 3.0 fl. Oz may not last the long. Unless I only use it on my face which is the most sensitive. Then use a different sunblock for my body.
