I really love this shampoo. It smells great and makes my wavy hair look awesome, not frizzy. But the most important part to me is that somehow it cures my itchy scalp, which no other shampoo has ever done! I don’t know what this shampoo has or doesn’t have that makes my scalp feel great but I’m sticking with it. I hope Aveeno never stops making it!

I’ve had an on going issue with dry scalp. I decided to try this shampoo since I’ve heard that it’s gentle and nourishing. It has helped immensely and my scalp is no longer dry and itchy to the point of bleeding. I can tell that my hair doesn’t get stripped like it does when I use other shampoos. It smells amazing too and even my boyfriend has started stealing my shampoo.

Usually I love Aveeno products. They are good to my sensitive skin. However, I was very disappointed with this shampoo. It was not gentle on my scalp or hair. It made my scalp get very dry and itchy. My hair was very dry as well. It does smell good. And has a good lather. But I had to throw away because it wasn’t a good fit for my skin and hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this is sulfate free and has no dyes or anything bad for your hair, it has oat as the first ingredient which I love because that’s a naturally soothing ingredient to use for your hair or skin to keep from drying so I like how it includes that to soothe the scalp. This also has rosemary and peppermint and cucumber to add thickness and body to your hair and for the scent you can definitely smell those ingredient upon first using it. The texture is a nice thick but smooth feeling so it lathers pretty well and a little can go a long way, I’m not a huge fan of the smell and I felt it was kind of soothing but my hair didn’t feel as clean as I would like and I do feel it made my hair soft and shiny but didn’t notice much thickness or body added since my hair has gotten pretty thin I would like it to appear more full and healthy.
